About EverForge
Most homeowners end up juggling a landscaper, a handyman, and whoever they can find when something turns into a problem. EverForge covers all of it, so the same person who mows your lawn is the one you call when the fence needs a repair or there’s a wasp nest over the back door.
John works across Chester County, Pennsylvania and northern Delaware, on weekly and biweekly schedules as well as one-off jobs. Every job gets a written estimate before anything starts, so you know the price before the work does.
What We Do
Landscaping is the specialty. The other two exist because customers kept asking.
Weekly and biweekly maintenance that keeps a property consistent through the whole season, plus the bigger projects in between.
The jobs that are too small for a contractor and too much to lose a Saturday to.
Wasp nests and other pests handled quickly and safely, usually within a day or two of the call.
Before & After
Years of moss and algae on a brick pillar, and the same pillar after a wash.
How It Works
Three steps from the first phone call to the job being done.
You get a person, not a queue. Tell us your town and what needs doing.
We look at the property and put a price in writing before anything starts. Nothing gets billed that wasn’t quoted first.
One-time project or a recurring schedule through the season. You’ll know who’s coming and when.
Where We Work
There’s no shop to visit — John comes to you.
Not on the list but close to it? Call and ask — we can usually make it work.

Both. Most maintenance customers are on a weekly or biweekly schedule through the season, which keeps the grass at a healthier height and stops the property from getting away from you. Projects like cleanups, repairs, mulch installs, and nest removals are quoted individually.
Usually within a day or two, sometimes same day depending on where you are and what the schedule looks like. Nests near a door, a play area, or anywhere people walk past get moved up.
Every seven to ten days through the growing season is what most lawns around here need. Cutting on a consistent schedule keeps the turf thicker and crowds out weeds, whereas letting it run long means taking off too much at once, which stresses the grass.
Yes. Commercial properties, rentals, and turnovers are all things we handle, and we can put a recurring schedule in place so it’s one less thing to manage.
Yes. A certificate of insurance is available on request, which most commercial clients and HOAs will want before work begins.
